OK, I checked the latest catalog and the heat strip is no longer listed. However, they do say that Acrylic sheeting can be bent and formed by heating it to 250-300°.
What's the output temp of a hair dryer/heat gun? Maybe check it with an oven thermometer. Could be you have what you need at home???????
