Default Diehard Commercial?

Anyone here remember that really old Sears Diehard commercial with the white (+ custom paint)'70 GTO that the kids' parents had to borrow since the battery died in their car, and they were driving it erratically?

I remember it vividly, but wasn't sure if anyone else did.

Eh, that was a long time ago, lol, could have been.

Also, there was a TV movie on at the time (mid-late 70's) where these hot rodder kids were terrorizing the neighborhood in their cars. One I think was a 55 Nomad, maybe another Goat, and something else.

Anyone recall that one??

I remember this movie vividly Mark.
It's called "Outrage" with Robert Culp as the good upstanding small calif. town Dr. turned vigilante to protect his own family from teenage car thugs who terroized him,his wife & kids and of course their dog.
It was a made for TV movie of the week & aired on ABC in 1973.
I was home sick that day from school when it aired and remember the campy acting, but dug the script & cars, especially that flamboyantly painted 57 Nomad.
Huh...Based on a True story.
