If you look at the engine code it says 454 4 BL HC ENG on one line and the line immediately following it says 454 5 BL HC ENG. It is like someone copied a cell in Excell and when it dragged it the number rolled up one - Very suspicious.
I have a LS5 from Arlington with a Build Sheet and they did spell 331 RATIO ALLE - just like this one. Never noticed that before.

Is the VIN readable in the upper right? If not, I'm not sure the rest is all that important.

I'm with Dick on this one.The mice know the upper corners are the rib eye of the sheet..the fat burns quickest

This sheet looks rather typical for the Arlington Plant to me as well. Not uncommon for Arlington sheets to show up between the floor board and tar paper underlayment. That's what I believe gave this one it's brick oven pizza look. It wouldn't look like that if it came out of the rear seat.
