Re: Tire conditioner on bias plies - help!
There is a chemical which "releases" from the compound during storage...appears chalky brown on our tires. We use wax and grease remover to clean it...then wash it and rinse..then Meguiars #40 vinyl/rubber treatment. This chemical will always come back though...just one of the joys of old cars
