I did have U R SCUM but the government said it was to offensive and I lost it (I was very upset) so yes we do have a limit and I cross it

I almost got a plate that was later deemed "offensive". The DMV sent me the sticker for my windshield but before I got the plates I recvd this letter.   I later rcvd the plate in my signature. (go figure?)
