a cardboard box will store tools... it all just depends on what you want, and the quality you desire... quality costs money, how much of it do you want? I personally just have a decent Craftsman with ball bearing drawers... it aint no Snap on, but its a step above the aforementioned cardboard box.
 And no Steve, you can't sit on it.
