I checked the engine pad again it is 18c123675 T02I9HC. What does the I stand for in the suffix I thought that was the month?

The one probably was an I, and it was common for I's to be used in place of ones. On my 68 427 the code says TIIII1E, when it actually should say T1111IE

what castings have the large journals. So I know when I pull the motor out.

I think the large journal cranks were by year, '68 was the first year for them I think. I have a '68 327 stashed, a just in case engine

It's possible it's a #660 block,but looking at your assembly date,I'll bet it's a #678 block.
