    Not sure what the first digit is of the partial vin, could be a A or a 4 or maybe even a 7. An A for the A.O. Smith plant followed by the sequence number? Looks like the engine suffix code is: V0213HP V=?? Flint engine plant? 02= Feb 13=13 day of month HP=327/350hp
