I really don't care what people call them. Non-real cars
are fake by definition. It's just marketing on their part. I have absolutely no problem with someone making an SS, Yenko, COPO, ZL-1, etc. out of a 6-banger Camaro. Not everyone can afford these cars. In fact, most can't. I know we all agree that they just shouldn't be passed off as real examples. However, we are now seeing a trend where some buyers don't seem to care about lineage as long as they have that "special" car in their garage. What happens beyond that point is where the real issue beings as they can possibly be sold as real cars to the unsuspecting. Steve
