"When Tom purchased the car, he had his friend, Pro Stock driver Larry Morgan, go with him to pick up the car. Tom had bought the car from Jack Rheinsheld of Mount Vernon, OH. " Larry also went with the owner of my red COPO the day the car was delivered, but that was back in 1969! I bet our cars lined up against one another more than once over their lives. My car was sold in Hebron but lived in Mt. Vernon for some time and was raced at both Pacemakers and National Trail. Hmmmm. Supercar Reunion X rematch?

[/ QUOTE ] WOW Jeff that is pretty amazing because those 2 towns are pretty small I would guess probably 30K people each. Tom still builds engines on the NHRA pro stock cars. It would be cool to line them up and get some photos. Also the 2 towns are about 1 hour apart.

SCR X rematch? Only if somebody ducktapes Doug to a light post in the parking lot and steals the keys from him.
