138 VIN on a `67 Malibu???

Looking at the way he's laid out his other pics it appears both Vin and Trim tag are on the brown car? .

There's no Vin or Trim tag shown for the parts car that I can see yet I think the Y code paint is for Yellow so could be off or still on the parts car and he's mixed up the pics? .

The tags don't look like they've been moved and I see the 138 Vin is attached w/ the flower rivets...is this correct for '67? .

Is there a 12 bolt in one of the cars? .
