The city of Chicago began phase II of the 800 million dollar two year long reconstruction of the Dan Ryan,aka IL-90/94,THIS very week which means massive ramps closures and detours.
The express center lanes are where all traffic is being re-routed as they close off ALL the local side exit ramps,and you have to find an alternative.
This affects 31st street which is the exit for McCormick Place,among others.
The Bishop-Ford express way between Indiana & Illinois is down to two lanes.
Add the Toll booth and let the expletives fly.
