I have passed this race truck sitting outside a local junk yard for at least the past year.

judging by the ex cop car sitting in the same yard as that GTX,im assuming somebody does a lot of municipal auction seeking,probably picked all those cars up at the same auction he got the cop car at for next to nothing,and hell fix them all up one day.lol.
