63 Split window. 340hp, cr muncie, 3:55 posi. All orig drivetrain, paint and interior. Homeowner body work after a few too many brews on the mtn road. Frame is fine. Brought it home fri, got it running on sat. Dig the magnesium 5 spoke 15X6's. Sat in mtns for years, owner died, wife sold. You have to stay on them. This one will get saved.

Behind a farm house in central NJ. Tough old guy owns them and will tell you storys instead of answering questions to sell.
     I think the the malibu is too far gone

Sad as it looks like that could be a 69-70 512 block with square port heads. Notice the SHP timing cover. You didn't happen to pull the engine code and VIN off that block did you? Sad!  Rick

Saw this one this weekend. I think it is a 1970? Saw the decal on the rear quarter, but I am not sure if it is a real Superbee or not.

I agree but I was more referencing the fact that it was sad that someone lets an engine sit and rot like that where it is likely a very rare and sought after block. You are right though, I don't think I would have wanted to try and stop that car.
