Rob, did you get your fuel line parts from Year One? I remember redoing the fuel lines on my friend's LS6 car about 8 yrs ago and had all kinds of problems making them fit. If memory serves me, it had more to do with the depth of the threads and flare seat in the brass block than anything. I also gave up on the stainless and went with the carbon steel lines. To Year One's credit, they were very sympathetic and good to work with. They eventually found someone's LS6 Chevelle in GA and physically installed the lines and block on that car before they sent them to me, to ensure that they would work. Or at least that's what they told me
