Man, what a bummer. Kind of hard to put into words how I would feel if this ever happened to me. IMO, sounds very serious, and something that needs to be taken care of now. I would say do a little more investigation to deteremine where the real fault lies, and once this is known, eliminate the problem.
The best way, are the guys at the SCW.
