That's a Chevrolet off road Hi-Performance solid lifter Camshaft that was only available over the parts counter for 302-327-350 CID blocks.
Here's it's specs: Intake Lift~.512 Exhaust lift~.535 Intake Duration~324 Exhaust Duration~334 Rocker ratio~1.50 It should have a casting number of #3967571.
