Got my Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale '07 80 page "Sneak Peek" catalog in the mail today. Lotsa neat cars, as usual. When I got to page 45, I was pretty surprised to see a picture of my car - with my house in the background - and the description of it, being offered as Lot #440 to be auctioned on Wednesday. Sure glad I have my plane tickets already so I can see it go across the block

Bill,
Aren't you remotely interested in how B-J came across images
of your particular car? I sure would be ! I assume you are
not selling you car through their auction. I would certainly
contact them and find out why & where they got your car's
image.

Is anybody there ( @ B-J ) minding the store instead of
counting the money?

I would say that several of their ads would have what could best be described as "file photos" that they got from somewhere. If I recall, the Ray Allen Chevelle from last year was not a picture of the actual car, but a close facsimile in stock trim.

Well Bill, maybe you get to keep your car and also get the money from the one that sells
