| Over 1K Horsepower?

Would you believe over 1,000 HP at the rear wheels? I sure would not be standing anywhere near this Mustang while it was on the dyno! http://www.tappauto.com/images/picsvids/jeff1000.wmv

That's pretty cool, but have you ever seen the Grand National on the Dyno? I believe it was well over 1000 HP, more like 1700 or so.

Believe this or not, He would get his azz waxed at a 10.5 outlaw or even a real street race. these are not uncommon numbers. This Mustang would make a lot more power w/Chevrolet power. We run a 397" s/b with a glide in my 1991 Mustang. Best 1/8 is 5.31 @134. This equates to 8.80's in the 1/4 +/-. If you ever have a chance to go to one of the 10.5/real street races you would really enjoy it.
