muncie help

Trying to help a friend out he has a muncie 4 sp setup, I have never seen. Muncie case with a long tail shaft with a pontiac bell housing. These are the numbers.

tail shaft 9979246
Case 3851325
Pat. 3088336
10 spline input shaft with no groves

He will sell it if some one needs it. He doesn't know what it is out of just looking for some info on it.

the 325 case was also used in '64.

The 9979246 tail housing was used from 1965 thru 1968... Crash

-----Verne,,,,Maybe in later 64 model year but early in 64(read late 63) T10s were still used as I have the original in my Grand Prix which is a pretty early 64.......Bill S
