Anyone know where the Car Craft Magazine Nationals were in 1980? SC/Rambler I am looking to buy was in those races.

Are you sure it's not the Street Machine Nationals? 1980 Street Machine Nats would have been in Indy.

Cool stuff Bruce,

I've got all the window stickers and plaques from Indy and Springfield as well as all the crap they gave away...sponges,frisbees,buttons, you name it. They only stuff I ever saved. Plus a few thousand pictures.

What color was the S/c? I had an AMX at the '80 show and took pic of damn near every AMC there.

The S/C is all Blue now which is reflected in the photo above. I don't know if it was an A theme or B theme back then, or even the same Blue. George

Tom...what's funny is I forgot I even saved it...My wife was going through a box when we moved here to AZ...and said...you don't still want this, do you?

Still got the unused belt buckle, too!

I dont ever remember the belt buckle..that made me go look at my stash. For some reason I even kept all the participant papers, like the tickets and the thing that you would hang from the rearview mirror to get in the fairgrounds. I also realized I have the program magazines that they gave out at the show. Sure wish I would have kept the damn cars instead of this stuff, but oh well
