That is a repo from Trim Tags out of Chicago, that looks just like the one I recieved from them when I changed my interior color for my X22 race car. I recieved it the same way with the rivets in the foam board. Here is a picture. By the way the original color was White standard and I still have the tag in my safe and it isn't going anywhere unless I sell the car and it will go with the new owner.
