I think that Ed is right on the heater delete.
I believe you should be able to verify the radio delete by checking the chassis ground strap holes, to see if they ever had screws run into them.
Also original engine frame mounts have different part numbers from the replacement OTC parts.

Just from personal experience, I have not seen a X44D80 car that was not a COPO. But, since I haven't seen every X44D80 car anything is possible.
