You most likely have a build up of cookies on your computer.

1) Open Internet Explorer
2) click Tools... and then "Internet Options"
3) click "detele files, delete cookies, and clear history"
4) make you sure you delete files "on and off line"
5) maybe another reboot needed, but should work like a charm.
