Actually it's easy. When you're on the page you want to link to...go into the address bar (this is where you type in the website address you want to go to) and highlight the web address (clicking once inside of the address bar does the trick). Right click with your mouse and select copy.

Where it says "Instant UBB Code" right below where you type your post in there is the <font color="red"><u>URL</u></font> tag

Click on it and then paste the actual website address into the box that comes up...and type whatever you want to in the box that comes up after that...
