I guess I'll have to agree with you on that. The car does conjure up images of string Bolo ties, Flock of Seagull cassette tapes, mullet hairstyles and lowered mini-trucks. We all thought that these things were cool back then but they are laughed at now. What are we going to think about these new "tuner cars" like Hondas, Toyotas, and even the GMMG Supercars in 20 years? Maybe they will appear silly and dated in 20 years compared to the offerings in the future. Sure, they're fast and look cool now, but let's see if they stand the test of time like the 60's era cars. Seriously speaking though, has a 1969 Z/28 Camaro ever been considered outdated or out of style. I don't think so.
