The PA dealer plates I have all have the date stamped in the top....Dealer 1969, 1970 etc...BKH

I estimate that one to be from about 1985 or 86. By about the mid 70s they no longer stamped the year in the plate and instead just sent you a sticker, allowing the use of the same plate for several years. Standard issue (non-dealer) PA plates were like this since the early 60s.
