Under his Cars 4 sale section:
"Unfortunately we did not find out this car was a real COPO until after all this was done, so the original CE block was shipped off to who knows where, and this date correct 4 bolt main L72 motor was built by "Brogans" and it is now being redied for installation."

"The car was put back together to be a COPO 427, thought to be a clone initially, but later the popssibility of being real came to pass."

"The final Product
A COPO 427 complete with the Protecto Plate found in the car after ripping it up a second time in key areas to improve the rebuild. I almost accepted 30,000 dollars for the car last year. I am sure glad I turned that down."

So Al Bain has opened up shop like hesaid he would..

[/ QUOTE ]
Considering his contact info is just an e-mail address (and a free Yahoo one at that ), I doubt he's serious about doing any business. His website seemed to be nothing more than an advertisement for his NOPO. Smoke and mirrors...

However you may want something a little tamer, that's ok, we're here for what you want in your classic Chevelle or Camaro. That's what COPO is all about, COPO's FOR EVERYONE!!!! http://www.vee8muscle.com/COPO.htm

[/ QUOTE ]
that one kills me
and it seems that by putting a "tm" beside the word "COPO" that he seems to claim ownership of that "term" now as well? ...what a thinker

well I looked it up on the Trademark site earlier and the term "COPO" is trademarked by someone... but it ain't BAIN

I wonder if theres a little legal problem with ol Bain taking that as well? Kinda makes you wonder if the mysterious person with ALL the "Baldwin Motion Records" that Joel just went after isn't one and the same as the "verification team for $5400" that we have here too

is this guy for REAL????

"STUPID IS AS STUPID DU..UUHS"

and thats all I got to say about that
