He probably had been drinking

as he owned a bar at the time. Besides, he is a truck driver and if it won't do over 110 mph he modifies it (the truck) to make it do so.

He has sprint car raced in the '60's and the snow machine has to do at least 120 mph. Oh by the way he is always 1 ticket from losing his license and is 71. Yes, he is my OLDER brother.
