F70X14=tire size
B/2&2-BB=Bias Belted Ply. LTR=stands for LETTER,as in Raised White Letter tire script PL4=is the RPO # BW=Bias Wall or Black wall? BLTD=Belted tire This tire was also possible in a White Stripe,as denoted by RPO-PY4 W/S on buildsheet.
