0=1970 3=Month,March 1=first week GM is the prefix for a California emmisioned (RPO NA-9 EEC Charcoal cannister) w/Manual trans.Application.These cars got it: *1970 L-78 Camaro *1970 LS-6 & L-78 Chevelle-(Your date is too late for an L-78 though) *1970 L-78 Nova Is it for sale?
