I see your point Budnate, but as long as it's got the manifolds, and the skinnies, it's fair game I guess. We are all such rookies, that even if Belair shows up with a F.A.S.T. deuce, it might not matter.

I just like squaring off against another Deuce. I was up against Schoneye a few times, traction was king!

Yea, we need to have some respect for our original owners - 'cause they're old You know, respect your elders

Frankie, I don't even want to know what my TRW 11:1's tech in at, probably less than the 10:1's that Neal stuck in your holes. We should both have JE's which have real CR's, oh well, I have some work to do with the suspension. We don't have to worry about each other as much as we do Pete Simpson and Tommy K

do what you think is best..I just think. so there is no hard feelings down the road about a purpose built car you guys might want to set some very basic parameters for people to follow... I know its about having fun..but when competition comes into play at anything some are way more serious about winning at any cost...we have seen it before..it just makes sense to head that one off at the start of a really fun thing.

like all stock cars on bias ply tires and the only mods allowed being headers or ex work as some guys like that look...

I prefer, "sensitive senior", and have decided to put a 6 banger in the deuce, and paint it pink.

Elvis is dead, and that's good

Schonye.....

NOW IF A 6 TURNED OUT TO BE 9
I DON'T MIND, I DON'T MIND
ALRIGHT, IF ALL THE HIPPIES CUT OFF ALL THEIR HAIR
I DON'T CARE, I DON'T CARE
DIG 'CAUSE I GOT MY OWN WORLD TO LIVE THROUGH
AND I AIN'T GONNA COPY YOU

Budnate, I see where you are comning from, but would rather not have a bunch of rules, which might elimnate some cars. It is run what ya brung, FOR FUN, with the sole purpose of the shootout(s) is to get as many supercars as we can to make a pass or two.

There has been talk of having a big block shoot, which we would take part in, even though we can not run the numbers that Dru, Pete, Mark and some of the others run. Does not matter.

Here is what I am talking about. At SCR6, Rob got the chance to race Barnhart. Ken ran an easy 10 something, we were in the 12s, but a Kodak moment for us, with our Yenko leaving the line against Ken's ZL-1. Priceless
