The LS code is a 1969 Impala 427/425 HP w/TH400 Tonawanda assembled on Jan.21st 1969. CON VIN declares it as a 1969 Oshawa Canada built car. This is Not a COPO Vehicle at all,but a Regular Production Option,but only 546 RPO L72 passenger cars were produced that year.Still a Very Cool engine. Have you done a VIN search for that vehicle? Thanks, much more information than I had! Well, hoped it was a COPO, still rare as you say. I have not done a VIN search. WHere/ What website is the best place to do this? I will try impallass.com
