1970 Z28 Motor Complete
Posting for a friend; he has a 70 350 engine which he believes to be correct for the 70 Z-28
Block # 397Z116 with stamping of v0604tjc Still has orig. snowflake intake on it, runs great, in a 2 wheel drive currently. if interested, I will put you in contact with my friend directly [email protected]

1970 Z-28's, were coded VxxxxCTB for 4 spd Or VxxxxCTC for Turbo-400/M40

397Z2116 is not an engine casting number.
Do you mean 3972116? That is an Aluminum Intake Manifold that would have the Winters foundry Snowflake on it,and was an Over the counter Service replacement for the late 1969 Z-28's,and 1970 LT-1 350. Also TJC is a Truck engine suffix code.
