Default "Italian Job" Deuce

The car showed up at my house this afternoon. It was bought by a local guy. I have concluded that Deuces should have been done in black!! I always thought movie cars were made to look good at 50'. This car is gorgeous!! It is very straight and the attention to detail was amazing. Yea, I know it is a '71 but it is very well done, tach, engine, interior, rear end. Car looks and runs great, much to my surprise and the guy is driving the pi** out of it. He shows it with the picture of the chase from the movie, very cool!! Sorry we weren't able to make the reunion this year but our plates have been overful, hopefully next year. I ran the 14.5's@ 99mph @SCR6 and just rolled out(1900) and didn't powershift(5300). Have to give a couple of guys a lesson Jim

If I'm not mistaken, that car was at Carlisle prior to being bought for use in the movie... maybe the movie folks bought it there? I remember it being a pretty nice nova, and also thought to myself that a black Deuce woulda been a good idea.

So!!! Your saying its not fair to cheat?? They really do make a difference. Between the headers and the flowmaster exhaust, nearly 50hp. Plus it really sounds COOOOOL! Jim

Can't beat the sound, I loved Jerry Alberts deuce with open headers at SCR7!
