Yes it's a partial VIN
2 = Pontiac Motor Division 0 = 1970 P = Pontiac Michigan Assembly Plant 252704 = last 6 digits of the VIN WW =400ci 370HP Manual Transmission Assuming it's a GTO the full VIN would be: 242370P252704 if it was a coupe 242670P252704 if it was a convertible
