Finally, An Ebay Improvement
Ebay now has a link at the top of each auto auction page allowing you to chat with a live person. That should make it easier to report these bogus auctions now

Those folks won't handle reports...they'll just tell you to visit the "Safe Harbor" link and file a report there. Or at least that's the way it worked a couple days ago on the bogus Motion auction...
