I've seen that slogan printed in some older Muscle Car Magazines as early as 1971.I would guess it was a reflection of the Rising Insurance Premiums back then.
Although not a Berger,I have seen other Dealerships Make a Bumper sticker identical to that,and Not just Chevrolet.
