Yep...the package is useful for beginners and does contain a few interesting facts. In the past, they ask for a VIN to verify that you at least know of a first generation Camaro.
Be aware that much of the info is common knowledge and/or outdated. On the other hand, its probibly the only 'free' item you'll ever get from GM. Read it, enjoy it, but use caution in what it contains.
