I really wonder if all the 69 Chevelles got them My previous Chevelle did not have one, but I chalked it up to the fact that it had the fuel tank replaced. Now the black Chevelle I have doesn't have one either, and it is untouched. The 2 vent hoses end so close to the floor pan that there would have been no room for it, so it's not like it might have fallen off or something. I have no problem with fuel spillage or leaking or anything, so I'm leaving well enough alone.
