I remember this car on Ebay too Bill.
You don't see too many 1970 Chevelles with stripe delete on their working cowl Ind. hoods. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif[/img] Astock...can I talk to you about this Chevelle,or should I call the dealer? I see a 1968 Smog Pump on the engine,as well as Repro. Mast Cylinder,among other things..Not bashing this,as I am interested in it. Rick

I am the owner of the above referenced car. Classic Auto is my company. If anybody needs details not listed on my website description of the car, I'd be happy to provide them. My email is [email protected] .Just to clear the air, this was never an undocumented car, it has always had paperwork! The smog pump is the same one that was on it when found, so if it were changed, it was done pre-1976.

Does that car have a charcoal canister on it? Isn't that the contraption below the washer jug? [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif[/img] Is that a '71 piece, or part of "California emmissions" on a '70? I don't know too much about "California emissions" except that it always jacks the sticker price just enough to throw the bidders off on the Price is Right.
