Just liberated an NOS refillable lighter with an enamel facing from a guy who collects cigerette lighters. It has light blue enamel with a dark blue bow tie and in the center reads "Courtesy Chevrolet". Also has "courtesy" engraved in the top as well. The wick has never been lit on it.

Courtesy Chevy must have had some $$$ back in the day as this is a nice piece. Sales award perhaps? Any ideas?
