Well I would say that the guy is not giving it away. What you have to look at is that you have a block,crank,rods and a set of heads, all will need work. After you spend about $3000 more you will still have the wrong date code for your car. Cranks, rods, and heads etc. are easy for that car. The dated block is the tuff part. I would find a dated block and then spend the same money. It is worth doing this to you RS/SS. Very nice cars! Good luck! Sam P.S. look in Hemings they are out there.
