FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH, MY '66 BISCAYNE HAD CARPET, AS WELL AS ALL '65-'69 BISCAYNES I'VE SEEN (ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT SEEN THAT MANY OF THEM!).
