I used Tri-City as well. I go up that way on business, so could just drop the bumper off, and pick it up on my next trip.

I thought I was pleased with their work, until I pulled the bumper out of the package a couple of weeks ago, and found two grinding wheel marks on the top edge, that were chromed over.

Haven't called them yet to see what we can do about it. I paid extra to have my original bumper rechromed, rather than exchange.
