I have said for 3 years now that ebay should charge no pay bidders a fee from a credit card and make buyers register with a credit card just like the sellers always have..Hope thats the route ebay is finally taking .The $$ amount would warrant what legal action outside of ebay the seller would take,no sense in sueing for non payment on a 40.00 crankshaft.But for 325K i believe id call Robert Shapiro...The irony is that the buyer may end up getting sued on this car,not the seller..
