camarojoe has some of the coolest items for sale on e-bay. I look up his items for sale at least every other day. I just can't seem to win any of them though!

Memerabilia is hot! That wisk broom is awsome, period!Joe has the best collection, bar none. There are so many great pieces related ,in many different ways, to the cars we collect. In many cases it can overshadow the cars, at least in my eyes.I found a nice leather Berger key Fob at the last Vette-Fest.Made my weekend! The broom would look great "parked" next to it.It is a sickness much worse than the cars.If you don't get it,you never will......More for us

Dang! I guess MOTOWN called it right about this post after a few remarks were said in fun, I have to say I thought about buying the broom myself, heck when has anyone ever seen one before?.

I thought when a fella added the smiley thing after a post we all were supposed see they are just jokeing around?.

Anyway I need to apoligize as well if indeed the former owner of the Broom was/is upset over the posts,Sorry.

I did receive another e mail from JOE and he has accepted my apology for the comments I made,so there will be no need for any further comments on this subject from me.He seems to be a very Nice Person and was just concerned about the comments made on his item he had for auction. So the last post I made about him not accepting my apology is here by retracted by me!

First of all, Joe knows memorabilia. His collection is one of the top 2-3 in the supercar world. I would not hestitate buying anything from him (Joe, Grossman emblem?). And, I understand why he was upset over the fake remark. In the same manner as having a collection of legit supercars and not wanting to be involved with clones/fakes, memorabilia is the same way. If it is thought that the Berger piece is fake, what does it say about the 100s of other items Joe has? There are numerous folks out there re-producing supercar related items, including emblems, decals, patches and even jackets. It is buyer beware when it comes to memorabilia. We could use more Joes out there who do their homework when buying and/or selling memorabilia.

As per the Berger broom, I was surprised that is was not sold the first day. I have not seen such an item from any of the supercar dealers. Items associated with the supercars are bringing top $$$. Authenic items are very much in demand, which is the reason for all of the knockoffs. And, the rarer the item, the more valuable. Autographed and/or personel are the most desired.

By the way Marlin, the crushed Deuce was not green, it was Gobi Beige, guess the former owner couldnt stand the color so he sent it to the scrap yard! Now before you all jump on your high horse, I am just kidding! Actually, it was Cranberry Red. As for Joe and his wisk broom, Joe and I have done business together, I find his memoribilia collection no less important then the cars themselves. Most people buying a new car would toss the complementary items out, which makes that stuff actually rarer then the cars. What joe does is just another aspect of preserving this hobby. But, hey Joe, you managed to scoop up the baldwin brochures before the auction ended, which I was high bidder on, so now you are fair game for the wheelbarrow race with me on snapping this stuff up. If I win anything you really want you can have it at my cost, to me it is just the thrill of the chase and the good old American competitive nature we all have. Marlin, guys like you and I will always be in the Hot Seat in one way or another, that comes with the opinionated personalities we both have. This whole thing is so much like the years when we were all concerned about who had the coolest Tonka Trucks, and my dads car has four headlights and yours only has two!

If you think car memorabilia is crazy, look at this epay ad ....
Vintage fishing lure starts at $9.00 bids up to over 31K.
I don't know if this is a joke or what.
