Things worked out great! After spending 6+ hours at the warehouse, Chris (the high bidder) bought my 69 L78 Coupe and the 70 L78 Convert. So I will keep the LS6 (he wanted to drive it to 10K or so).Also I have some pictures of the car with the license plate "THE LS6" Anyone know of this???
Bill...Any other info on the "Genral Tires"? Thanks for the pictures....Steve

Hey Steve..congrats on the sale...would have like to have seen the L78 CVT....I was told some oddball was e-mailing the high bidder to let them know some "history" on the LS6...of course they were anonymous...now I understand the whole Private Auction thing...glad it all worked out...I'm sure you just hate to keep a car like that !
