My Yenko is 124379N677274 and after mine are 677385, 677396, 677614, 681343.
This is from a List that I have. Hope this helps. Mine was the 5th from the last to be built. Mark |

From info I have this is most likely a 09A built car (Sept. '69). During the extended Norwood production run of 69 Camaros into the '70 model year; the VIN sequence continued, but the body# was reset to appx. 102000. This occurred around VIN 670000. (source: J. MacNeish).
COPO Connection doesn't show a 680xxx in the Yenko list, but..... [Edited by Z28DZ (03-23-2002 at 12:34 PM).] |

I stand corrected on the body sequence, but I think all the late cars were X-44s?

I'd check the rear axle code before writing it off. Just to make sure it isn't a COPO dressed up as a Yenko.
Do you have the date, paint, and interior codes from it?
