Ebay is allowed as long as there is a "buy it now". Potential buyers can inquire about the item being sold. Hey, what's the puddle?

This photo (and several more) was taken while the car was for sale in Canada/Mich. area, before it went up for auction. The reserve on the car at that time was $45k, the high bid supposedly went to $38k. It did not sell at that particular auction.
